By booking a service with Laraib Home Services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before confirming a job.

Bookings and quotations

Prices published on this website are indicative starting rates. The final price is confirmed after on-site inspection and before work begins. No work is carried out without your approval of the quoted amount.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless a written contract states otherwise. Materials and spare parts are billed separately at the rate quoted.

Warranty

Workmanship is covered by a written warranty whose duration depends on the service performed. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering by third parties, power surges, or pre-existing faults outside the scope of the job.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge before the technician is dispatched. A visit charge may apply if the technician has already arrived on site.

Liability

We take full responsibility for damage directly caused by our technicians during a job. We are not liable for indirect losses or for faults in equipment that was already defective before our visit.
